“All
the locals know that the Wildflower Cafe
has by far THE BEST breakfast in St Augustine.
My personal favorite are the pancakes which
are light and unique. The coffee - unlike
other popular breakfast places in town
- is a strong, quality blend. The menu
is varied with something for everyone including
the kids. But the best part about Wildflower
is the friendly, warm staff that makes
you truly feel welcome and appreciated.”

“I
first tasted Wildflower’s food at the
annual chowderfest. Their chowder was delicious.
(I think they were one of the winners that
year). A week later, my daughter invited
me to breakfast at Wildflower. The variety
of foods were a cut above the norm and we
enjoyed ourselves. Later, I invited a friend
out to dinner at Wildflower. Again, the dinner
was delicious. My friend did not finish the
dinner but said, 'This I am taking home definitely".
It’s like going to a friend’s
house…friendly, ample food, plenty
of time to relax and enjoy a well-prepared
meal. Just today, I made reservations for
Saturday at Wildflower. Remember traveling
to other cities and asking the locals 'Where’s
a good restaurant where locals go?' That
would be Wildflower.”

Hi
Dae Lynn,
How nice to hear from you. Yes, we did
have a lovely lunch! Our plans
changed and we didn't meet our friends
at the Cafe until the following week.
My husband and one of our friends had the
Shrimp Roll and they both said it
was delicious. I had a Panini - I loved
it. Our other friend had a Reuben
sandwich and I don't believe he left anything
on his plate!
The decor is very nice and we really felt
comfortable and enjoyed our lunch.
We will certainly be back! All my best.

“Nice
quaint little place. Great food. Had
dinner there. On Saturday evenings prime
rib is the specialty of the house. My
wife had the salmon dish which she raved
about. I Had the prime rib which was
excellent. The menu of the place has
a German or Bavarian flair to it. I would
give this place a try. Very friendly
atmosphere. Family owned business.”

“We
are absolutely hooked on your Seafood Alfredo…it
is simply the best we’ve ever had!!
Your courteous staff,
excellent service and moderate prices are
added bonuses. Mix them all together and
the final recipe makes Wildflowers our
#1 choice in St. Augustine.”

“ On our last visit to St. Augustine, my
husband and I thought we would
have breakfast at a local restaurant. We
stopped into Wildflower Cafe.
Immediately upon entry one could immediately
see they were experiencing
dining in an upscale cafe. The decor was
a timeless flavor of English
cottage yet with modern vibrant color. We
were escorted to our seats
and promptly and visited by our polite waiter.
The menu had a wonderful
assortment of dishes that were 5 star quality.
We were impressed to see
the owner roving around the dining room seeing
to it that the guests
were well served. Our
omelets arrived steaming
hot, colorful and
fragrant. It was evidentthat
they were prepared with fresh ingredients
just moments before. The flavors were delightful.
Rich coffee
accompanied the meal with frequent refills
without asking. Because the
restaurant is cozy the wait staff seemed
able to provide one on one
individual attention with customers, making
suggestions for dishes and
ensuring their experience was fulfilling.
Our experience was fulfilling
as well as delightful. We will certainly
make this a routine stop on
future visits to St. Augustine and recommend
this establishment to our
friends and family.” Thank
you,

“The
burgers were great and we went back for
breakfast the next day. The eggs benedict
were excellent, I would recommend this
restaurant to anyone.”

World
Golf Community Journal: Carol Says Let's
Eat
“After hearing from
so many neighbors about the Wildflower
Cafe I finally made it there. It is a bit
of trip [from the World Golf Village area]
but after eating there, I'd say it was
worth the trip. Most times we all travel
about 15-20 miles to go outside the WGV
to dine anyway.
A few of us had the
sauerbraten and one of my neighbors had
the flounder parmesan. We all seemed to
like her dish the best. It was a light
cream sauce as opposed to a heavy red sauce
and was tasty and light. I'm not a big
fish eater, I usually taste my husband's
fish dishes, but I would order this for
dinner myself. We were all in the Oktoberfest
mood and had the sauerbraten, so I only
got to taste two dinners. I hope to get
back soon and sample more delectable dishes.”

is standing right in front of me now is
